This is a community lot that I made for the doctor career from “Get to Work”. This will later be my Story Hospital, once I updated it. But for the moment: No CC used!

Download the .rar file, unpack it with Winrar into the TRAY folder.
Basement is a separated area only for the employees. Changing rooms for men and women with showers and WC, small pool for a nightly swim, relaxing whirlpool, gym for the sporty Sims, tea kitchen with relaxation area and a room with beds for doctors. Here you will also find the office of the management with file storage.
Ground floor includes four spacious examination rooms, two x-ray rooms, two ECG rooms plus a laboratory and an emergency room. The waiting area in front of the rooms also has an extra children’s area and extra customer toilets. To the left of the entrance is the modern canteen for employees and guests, where there are coffee and cake as well as menus.
On the first floor there is a kiosk with pleasant reading material and drink selection, and the two wards of the hospital: the gynecology ward as well as a surgery. Both stations have their own state-of-the-art operating room. There are two 2-bed rooms at the surgery, while gynecology has a total of five cozy rooms – including two double rooms and even a deluxe room with bathtub for patients with special insurance! All rooms are of course equipped with a bathroom and TV. Furthermore, there is a room for newborns behind the registration, a playing room for waiting siblings and an extra birth room with bathtub for water births! Also staff is considered: A relaxation room with kitchen, private bathroom and a sleeping room can be found here.
The second floor has a relaxation area and adjacent bathrooms for patients. This area is equipped with a massage room and two sauna rooms. Next to the elevator is the lecture room of the hospital, as well as access to the heliport and its pilot waiting room.

Keller ist der abgetrennte Bereich nur für die Mitarbeiter. Umkleideräume für Männer und Frauen mit Duschen und WC, kleiner Pool, erholsamer Whirlpool, Fitnessraum für die sportlichen Sims, Teeküche mit Ruhebereich und ein Zimmer mit Schlafgelegenheiten für Ärzte. Hier findet man auch den Büroraum der Leitung mit angrenzendem Lager.
Erdgeschoss beinhaltet vier geräumige Untersuchungsräume, zwei Röntgenräume, zwei EKG-Räume sowie ein Labor und eine Notaufnahme. Der Wartebereich vor den Räumen hat auch einen extra Kinderbereich und extra Kunden-WCs. Links vom Eingang befindet sich die moderne Kantine für Mitarbeiter und Gäste, wo es Kaffee und Kuchen ebenso gibt wie Menüs.
Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Kiosk mit angenehmer Lesestoffauswahl und die zwei Stationen des Krankenhauses: die Gynäkologie und Geburtenstation als auch eine Chirurgie. Beide Stationen haben ihren eigenen, hochmodernen OP-Saal. Auf der Chirurgie gibt es zwei 2-Bett-Zimmer zur Unterkunft, während die Gynäkologie insgesamt fünf gemütliche Zimmer hat – unter anderem zwei Doppelzimmer und sogar ein Luxus-Zimmer mit eigener Badewanne für Privat-Patienten! Alle Zimmer sind natürlich mit eigenem Bad und TV ausgestattet. Weiters findet man hier ein Zimmer für Neugeborene hinter der Anmeldung, ein Spielezimmer für wartende Geschwister und ein extra Geburtenzimmer mit Badewanne für Wassergeburten! Auch an Personal ist gedacht: Ein Ruheraum mit Küche, eigenem Bad und Schlafmöglichkeit ist hier zu finden.
Der zweite Stock besticht durch einen Erholungsbereich und angrenzenden Badezimmern. Dieser Bereich ist mit einem Massage-Raum und zwei Sauna-Räumen ausgestattet. Neben dem Aufzug befindet sich der Vortragsraum des Krankenhauses, als auch der Zugang zum Helikopter-Landeplatz und dessen Piloten-Wartezimmer.
